Jack was the kind of friend that if you're lucky, comes along once in a lifetime.
Jack started his love affair with the TM at an early age, watching the seemingly
endless parade of streetcars and interurbans going past his grandmother's house
on Kinnickinnic Ave. on the south side of Milwaukee. Jack's first model was M17,
a freight motor with seats designed to evade Milwaukee's restrictions on streetcar
companies hauling freight trains through the city streets. He painted it with
paint from the TM!
As time went on, he met Harry Bondurant and Milt Schrot and together they formed
the Milwaukee Electric Traction Club. Jack built many models over the years, winning
many contests and awards. He helped almost every "O" scale trolley modeler in
the Milwaukee area and most of the "HO" ones too. Jack always had time for you.
On this page you will find a selection of pictures of Jack, his friends, and models.
Jack, we miss you.
